Edgecomb Courthouse, 800 Twiggs Street, Tampa, Florida 33602; that the decedent's date of death was August 18, 2013; the total value of the estate is less than $75,000 and that the names and addresses of those to whom it has been assigned by such order are: NAME Curtis Delores Gay, ADDRESS 12305 N. 53rd Street Temple Terrace, FL 33617
