NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 21, 2014 and entered in Case No. 29-2013-CA-008051 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CITIGROUP MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST INC., MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-3 is the Plaintiff and JENNIFER J GIBSON; DAVID A. GIBSON A/K/A DAVID GIBSON; WILLIAM J DUGAN, JR.; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WILLIAM J. DUGAN, JR. N/K/A JANE DOE; HIGHLAND PARK NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 06/10/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
