THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-12 is Plaintiff and RICHARD D. LUPO A/K/A RICHARD LUPO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RICHARD D. LUPO A/K/A RICHARD LUPO; COPPERFIELD AT TAMPA HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION are defendants.
