YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced to foreclose a mortgage on the following real property, lying and being and situated in Pinellas County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NUMBER P-16, AND AN UNDIVIDED 1.30% INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, SUBJECT TO EASEMENTS AND RESTRICTIONS OF RECORD, AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF ST. ANDREWS COVE I CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN O.R.
