NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 28, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-004753-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, is Plaintiff and KIRSTEN L. WILLIS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KIRSTEN L. WILLIS N/K/A NATHAN WALKER; RIDGEMOOR MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE HOMES AT COVENTRY VILLAGE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 14th day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 194, COVENTRY VILLAGE PHASE II-A, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 112, PAGES 88 THROUGH 93, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
