NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above styled case, number 2011-CA-4523 in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk, will sell the following property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, described as:
The South 100 feet of Lot 2, Block 15 of Oakford, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 66, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida. Less the West 197.36 feet thereof and less the East 30 feet thereof for street purposes.
Together with all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, rights, appurtenances, rents, royalties, mineral, oil and gas rights and profits, water, water rights, and water stock, and all fixtures now or hereafter attached to the property, including replacements and additions thereto.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, via the internet: WWW.HILLSBOROUGH.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 a.m. on May 19, 2014.
