CITY OF DUNEDIN Public Relations Management Services RFP 14-1019 REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) PROCEDURES
The City of Dunedin is soliciting proposals from individuals/firms (Firm) qualified to perform public relations (PR) services to promote Dunedin nationally, internationally and regionally as a destination that is a great place to visit, live, work and play. The PR services should help promote unique events, activities and special features of the community. The campaign should help to spread brand awareness that is representative of the City. The chosen individual/firm will assist the City's Economic Development and Communications Departments in increasing visitor traffic to Dunedin through an active public relations campaign. The campaign will include communication through publications, print, web, digital and social media.
Proposals submitted in response to the RFP must provide sufficient detail and information to complete an evaluation of their merit. The instructions contained herein must be followed to be considered responsive to the RFP. The City reserves the right to reject any or all responses. Proposals should be based on the attached Scope of Work. You may obtain the RFP in person at the address below, by downloading it from www.demandstar.com, or by emailing your request to [email protected].
Sealed Proposals: Responses to this request for proposal (please submit one signed unbound original, five (5) copies and one compact disc (cd) copy) should be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly identified as:

Proposals are due no later than the time and date noted above. Any proposals received after that time and date will not be opened. Any individual requiring special assistance must notify the Purchasing Office in writing 48 hours in advance so that arrangements can be made.
