NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 18, 2013 and entered in CASE NO: 12-014687-CI wherein SYNOVUS BANK is Plaintiff and KENAN F. IMAMOVIC, WATERBERRY A PRIVATE LAND RESERVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., AND TENANT #1 are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, via the internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 a.m. on March 18, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
115 Waterberry Drive, Tarpon Springs, Florida 34688 further described as follows:
All of Lot 5 and the Westerly 10.00 feet of Lot 6 in Waterberry, a Private Land Reserve, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 95, page 5, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sales, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
Pursuant to Florida Statute 45.031(2), this notice shall be published twice, once a week for two consecutive weeks, with the last publication being at least 5 days prior to the sale.
