NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 30, 2013, and entered in Case No. 13-02484-CI-08 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-TC1, is Plaintiff and Reed A. Blizzard and Unknown Spouse of Reed A. Blizzard, are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 27 day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 36, Orangewood Estates Subdivision, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 67, Page(s) 76, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 12929 Ridge Road, Largo, FL
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
