NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 10, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 014382 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-8, is Plaintiff and DAVID PAULE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID PAULE; UNKNOWN TENANT I; UNKNOWN TENANT II; AUTIMN RUN-BEACON RUN HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN ANF FOR PINELLAS COUNTY, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA; BRANDI JUDD, and any unknown heirs, devicees, grantees, creditors, and other unknown persons or unknown spouses claiming by, through and under any of the above-named Defendants, are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 3rd day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, AUTUMN RUN UNIT 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 79, PAGES 31 THROUGH 33, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 6249 109th Avenue, Pinellas Park, FL
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
