NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on April 16, 2013 in Civil Case No.:52-2011-CA-005236, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff, and, DELTWAINE HOLMES A/K/A DELTWAINE L. HOLMES; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on February 21, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK 2, LUANNE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGE 71, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
