NOTICE is hereby given that, Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, will on the 25th day of February, 2014, at 10:00 o'clock A.M., EST, online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., will offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 25, WESTMONTE ESTATES, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 96, Pages 45-49, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida

pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in a case pending in said Court, the style and case number of which is set forth above.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
