NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 6, 2014, and entered in 13-005581-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, is the Plaintiff and BERTHA M. KELLEY A/K/A BERTHA KELLEY; WILLIE O. KELLEY A/K/A WILLIE KELLEY; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1 N/K/A PHYLIS FARLEY are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on February 25, 2014 , the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, OF MERRITT'S REPLAT, AS THE SAME APPEARS IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 48, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, OTHERWISE DESCRIBED AS: LOT 19, “MERRITT'S REPLAT” OF LOTS 10 TO 27, INCLUSIVE, AND LOTS 31 THROUGH 40, INCLUSIVE, OF “FIRST ADDITION BAY VIEW HEIGHTS”, PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 48, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
