LOT 4, PELICAN ISLE TOWNHOMES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 114, PAGE 63, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
