CONDOMINIUM UNIT 203, IN BUILDING 6, OF PALMS CLUB CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 9007, AT PAGE 2138, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGECOUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCE THERETO, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF THE SAID CONDOMINIUM.
and commonly known as: 5548 METROWEST BLVD # 203, ORLANDO, FL 32811; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on March 3, 2014 at 11 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
