Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on January 24, 2014, in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida described as:
the westerly 18.28 feet of lot 15 and the easterly 41.89 feet of lot 14 (as measured along the northerly right of way line of park lake avenue), block j, tinker heights, according to the plat thereof as recorded in plat book m, page 93 of the public records of orange county, florida.
and commonly known as: 4211 park lake st, orlando, fl 32803; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on April 24, 2014 at 11 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
