Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on January 28, 2014, in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida described as:
unit 528, building phase no. 71, middlebrook pines condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the declaration of condominium thereof recorded in official record book 3430, page 899, as amended from time to time, of the public records of orange county, florida.
and commonly known as: 5281 coral ct. unit 528, orlando, fl 32811; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www.myorangeclerk. realforeclose.com, on March 4, 2014 at 11 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
