lot 30, spring ridge phase 1, unit 2, according to the plat thereof recorded in plat book 54, pages 52 through 54 of the public records of orange county, florida.
and commonly known as: 1207 mount logan dr, apopka, fl 32712; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on March 31, 2014 at 11 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
