NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 30, 2014 and entered in Case NO. 48-2008-CA-019917-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS, CWABS, INC ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-2, is the Plaintiff and LUIS MUNOZ; MONICA V. MUNOZ A/K/A MONICA VILLALOBOS A/K/A MONICA Y. VILLALOBOS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE FINANCIAL CORPORATION; HORIZONS AT VISTA LAKES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INCORPORATED; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 04/03/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 109, PHASE 3, HORIZONS AT VISTA LAKES, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 7819, PAGE(S) 4894, AS AMENDED BY FIRST AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION AS RECORDED IN OFFICAL RECORDS BOOK 7820, PAGE 3073, AND ALL ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS, TO BE RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND ALL APPURTENANCES HEREUNTO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
