NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 29th day of January, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-040357-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and TRI TU TRAN; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED, AS A NOMINEE FOR E-LOAN, INC.; VILLA CAPRI AT METROWEST ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A PHUONG TRAN; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 3rd day of March, 2014 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 80, VILLA CAPRI AT METROWEST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 58, PAGE 57, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
