RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed January 8, 2014 and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-004319-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA, is Plaintiff, and PRYAM LEONCE, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 26 day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
LOT 75, WEKIVA RUN PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 61, PAGES 30 THROUGH 36, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
