NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 31, 2013, entered in Case No. 2013-CA-002287-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Pamela Goins; Unknown Spouse of Pamela Goins; Prime Acceptance Corporation; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk. realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 6th day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, CITRUS COVE UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 66 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
