NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 28, 2014, entered in Case No. 2013-CA-008026-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, National Association, as Trustee for the Holders of the MASTR Adjustable Rate Mortgages Trust 2006-OA2 is the Plaintiff and Maria F. Hallman; Unknown Spouse of Maria F. Hallman; Mortgage Electronic Registration System as nominee for RBS Citizens, N.A.; Hickory Hill at Huckleberry-One Homeowners Association, Inc.; Waterford Lakes Community Association, Inc. ; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 4th day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 129, HUCKELBERRY FIELDS TRACTS N-9 & N-10, UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGES 138,139 AND 140 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
