Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on January 10, 2014, in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida described as:
LOT 208, THE MEADOWS AT BOGGY CREEK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGE 75 - 78, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 9511 LUPINE AVE, ORLANDO, FL 32824; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on March 12, 2014 at 11 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
