Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on December 13, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida described as:
LOT 87, PHILLIPS OAKS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGE 110, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 6656 IMPERIAL OAK LANE, ORLANDO, FL 32819; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on March 13, 2014 at 11 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
