Final Judgment was awarded on December 5, 2013 in Civil Case No.: 2012-CA-006063-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK TRUST COMPANY, N.A. SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR RASC 2004-KS3, is the Plaintiff, and, BRUCE A. HATCHER; JEANNIE R. HATCHER; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
