NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 7 , 2014, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-015503-37 of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein WTH OAKMONT MORTGAGE POOL 285, LP is the Plaintiff and DETRES MARITZA A/K/A MARITZA DETRES; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., ACTING SOLELY AS NOMINEE FOR HOMECOMINGS FINANCIAL, LLC (F/K/A HOMECOMINGS FINANCIAL NETWORK, INC.); LEXINGTON PLACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN OCCUPANT “A” RESIDING AT 11500 WESTWOOD BLVD, #1026, ORLANDO, FL 32821 AND UNKNOWN OCCUPANT “B” RESIDING AT 11500 WESTWOOD BLVD, #1026, ORLANDO, FL are the Defendants, the Clerk shall offer for sale to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. ET on the 10th day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 1026, OF LEXINGTON PLACE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8687, PAGE 2025, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
