NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 24, 2014, and entered in Case No. 08-2012-CA-000748, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK,AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-22 is Plaintiff and ANDREA RENONCE STEPHEN A/K/A ANDREA RENONCE ALERTE A/K/A ANDREA RENONCE A/K/A ANDREA STEPHEN A/K/A ANDREA R. ALERTE; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; SOUTHWEST FLORIDA HOME CENTER, INC.; CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA; SECTION 20 PROPERTY OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 28 day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 607, PUNTA GORDA ISLES, SECTION 20, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGES 2-A THROUGH 2-Z-42, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
