MARTIN A/K/A RICHARD MARTIN A/K/A RICHARD RYAN MARTIN; ANDREA C. LORING A/K/A ANDREA LORING A/K/A ANDREA CHRISTINE LORING; LAKE BARRINGTON CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; NAPLES LAKES COUNTRY CLUB HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 at 11:00AM, on the 7 day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 105, BUILDING 06, LAKE BARRINGTON 4C, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3128, PAGE 2614, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS TO THE DECLARATION AND ANY UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OR APPURTENANCES THERETO
