NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 30, 2014 and entered in Case No. 41-2012-CA-003645 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and CHARLES DAVID ROSS; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHARLES DAVID ROSS N/K/A MADELINE ROSS; TENANT #1 N/K/A HARLEE REED, and TENANT #2 N/K/A SHAKIRA REED are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 7th day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
