YOU ARE NOTIFIED THAT an action to evict a tenant from real property and to foreclose a landlord's lien on the following property in Manatee County, Florida:
Mobile Home titled to Michael Grogan and Michael Leso, bearing VIN number56123561, located at 811 52nd Avenue Lane West, Bradenton, FL 34207 within Vista del Lago Mobile Home Park located in Bradenton, Manatee County, Florida.
This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to KEVIN R. BRUNING, ESQ., at BENTLEY & BRUNING, P.A., Attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 783 South Orange Ave., Suite 220, Sarasota, FL 34236, within thirty (30) days of the first publication in the business observer and file the original with the Clerk of Court either before service on Plaintiff s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
