NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated DECEMBER 3, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012CA003839 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB, is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF BETTY M. EVERHART; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BETTY M. EVERHART; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A PAM FAST; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF DONNA EVERHART; SHARON MILHEIM; PAMELA EVERHART-FAST; JENNA EVERHART are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on February 25, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 80 FEET OF THE NORTH 924 FEET OF THE W 1/2 OF THE E 1/2 OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, LESS THE EAST 25 FEET THEREOF, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
