NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 29th day of October, 2013, and entered in Case No. 41 2013CA003165AX, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR ABFC 2006-HE1 TRUST, ASSET BACKED FUNDING CORPORATION ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE1 is Plaintiff and DONALD RICHARD MCGOWAN; LISA ANN MCGOWAN; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; SUGAR RIDGE HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 4th day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK D, SUGAR RIDGE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 29, PAGE 177, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
