NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 4, 2014, and entered in 11-2013-CA-001355 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, is the Plaintiff and JOSEPH F. BRAND A/K/A JOSEPH BRAND A/K/A JOE BRAND; PATRICIA A. BRAND; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT # 2 are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM on MARCH 3, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 75 FEET OF THE EAST 150 FEET OF TRACT 66, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 28, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 19 AND 20, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
