Notice is GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 4, 2014, in the above-styled cause, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the Third Floor Lobby area of the Collier County Courthouse, in Naples, Collier County, Florida 34112, at 11:00 A.M. on MARCH 10, 2014, the following described property:
Lot 81, Independence Phase Two, a subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 43, at Pages 64 thru 66, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
