Stanley a/k/a Martin Stanley and Araseli Stanley a/k/a Araseli C. Stanley a/k/a Araseli Cardenas, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Richard B. Shore, III, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on March 13, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:

ALONG SAID NORTH MAINTAINED RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE, A DISTANCE OF 856.08 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE N 89 DEGREES 23' 10” W ALONG SAID RIGHT OF WAY LINE A DISTANCE OF 281.69 FEET; THENCE N 00 DEGREES 08' 05” W, 774.82 FEET TO A POINT ON THE NORTH LINE OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SAID SECTION 35; THENCE S 89 DEGREES 22' 34” E ALONG SAID NORTH LINE, A DISTANCE OF 281.69 FEET; THENCE S 00 DEGREES 08' 05” E, 774.77 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
