NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 4, 2013 entered in Case No. 41-2012-CA-006965-AX, in the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as Trustee for C-BASS Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-SC-1, is the Plaintiff, and Gregory J. Bannon, Individually and as Trustee of the Gregory J. Bannon Revocable Trust under Agreement dated March 4, 1991; Betty Quinn; and Saunders Road Industrial Park Owners Association, Inc., are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash except as set forth hereinafter, on March 5, 2014 at 11:00 a.m., via the Internet at the Manatee County Clerk's website for electronic on-line auctions at http://www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the following described property situated in Manatee County, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
