NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure entered in the above styled Case that I will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
Unit No. 6148, Pebble Springs Condominium Cluster III, a Condominium according to The Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 932, Page 715, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and as recorded in Condominium Book 9, Page 45, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest bidder for cash: Manatee County at 11:00 a.m. on March 20, 2014 VIA THE INTERNET: www.manatee.realforeclose.com. Final payment must be made on or before 4:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
