NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on June 5, 2013 in Civil Case No.:2012 CA 002194 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and, TYLA L. HEATHERLY; BANK OF AMERICA N.A.; PALM AIRE AT DESOTO LAKES COUNTRY CLUB CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, R.B. “Chips” Shore, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM on March 5, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 115, BUILDING NO 4, UNIT NO 3, PALM-AIRE AT DESOTO LAKES COUNTRY CLUB APARTMENTS CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMIINIUM, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 616, PAGE 371, AND ANY AMENDMENTS FILED THERETO, AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 16 THROUGH 21, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
