NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 27, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 010336 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein BANKUNITED, N.A. is Plaintiff and JAMES J. YEAGER; TROY A. YEAGER; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 5th day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, BLOCK 244, 8TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 20, 20A THROUGH 20Z2, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
