NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on October 8, 2013, in Case No. 2008-CA-010883 SC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit for Sarasota County, Florida, in which Regions Bank, d/b/a Regions Mortgage, is Plaintiff, and Shantel Holdings, Inc., As Trustee of the 2294 Ryecroft Land Trust U/T/D 2/7/06, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 am or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 3rd day of March, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 2650, 52ND ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 13, 13A THROUGH 13NN, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
