NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 4, 2014 and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 009104 NC in the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC was the Plaintiff and URIAS LAMAR YODER A/K/A URIAS L. YODER A/K/A URIAS YODER A/K/A LAMAR YODER, ET AL the Defendant(s), that the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on the 14th day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 27, TOWNSHIP 36 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, THENCE N. 0 DEGREES 55' EAST ALONG WEST BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID SECTION, 613 FEET; THENCE EAST AND PARALLEL WITH THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF THE NW 1/4 OF SAID SECTION 824 FEET; THENCE NORTH 0 DEGREES 55' EAST 75 FEET FOR POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE NORTH 0 DEGREES 55' EAST 75 FEET, THENCE EAST 140.73 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 0 DEGREES 55' WEST 75 FEET; THENCE WEST 140.73 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. SUBJECT TO AN EASEMENT OVER AND ACROSS THE EASTERLY 25 FEET THEREOF.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
