Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 9, 2013 entered in the above styled case, number 2012-CC-005166-NC, in the County Court of SARASOTA, Florida, wherein BARRINGTON WOODS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and TIMOTHY HUFFMAN, et al are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell the following property, in SARASOTA County, Florida, described as:
UNIT 201, BARRINGTON WOODS, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1449, PAGES 1285 TO 1333, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 17, PAGE 17 AS AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 19, PAGE 35, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA. SUBJECT TO ALL VALID RESTRICTIONS, RESERVATIONS AND EASEMENTS OF RECORD, IF ANY.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M. on March 14, 2014. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
