NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order filed January 31, 2014, Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule the Foreclosure Sale Date entered in Civil Case No. 12-CA-53149 (G) of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff and DEVERNE DONOVAN, et al, is Defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LEE County's Public Auction website: www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 3 day of March, 2014 at 9:00 A.M. the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to-wit:
LOTS 5 AND 6, BLOCK 4481, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION UNIT 63, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 48 TO 81, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
