NOTICE IS GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated January 21,2014 entered in Case No. 2012 CA 7744, of the Circuit Court in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein THEODORE G. HABER are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Pasco County, in an online sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on March 13, 2014 at 11:00 a.m., the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment:
LOTS 9 AND 10, BLOCK 37, CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 54, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
NOTICE ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
