NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed October 25, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-052654 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and GEORGE M. BROWN, YVETTE S. PETITJEAN, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GEORGE M. BROWN, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF YVETTE S. PETITJEAN, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 4 day of June, 2014 at 9:00 am on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment:
Commencing at a concrete monument, the Southwest corner of Section 1, Township 46 South, Range 27 East, Lee County, Florida, Run North 0Ëš26'10” West, on the West line of Section 1, 1123.68 feet to a steel pin; thence North 89Ëš52'50”East, 3491.54 feet to a steel pin on the center line of a 60 feet easement, the POINT OF BEGINNING; Continue North 89Ëš52'50” East, 232.98 feet to a steel pin; Thence South 00Ëš26'10” East, 1121.73 feet to a steel pin; Thence South 89Ëš51'02” West, 232.98 feet to a steel pin; Thence North 00Ëš26'10” West, for 1121.85 feet to a steel pin and the POINT OF BEGINNING. Together with 2003 Mobile Home Fleetwood, Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) FLFL270A29948CY31 & FLFL270B22948CY31 and Title Numbers 86945348 and 86945264
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
