NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 16th, 2014, and entered in Case No. 51-2013-CA-001271-XXXX-WS, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida. Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee, for Carrington Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2005-NC3 Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Plaintiff and Janet E. Mangan a/k/a Janet Mangan; ET AL, defendant. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 11:00 AM ON THE PRESCRIBED DATE on this March 11th, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
