NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed January 31, 2014, and entered in 12-CA-054602 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein JP MORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is the Plaintiff and WALTER L. KESSLER A/K/A WALTER KESSLER; PEARL T. KESSLER A/K/A PEARL KESSLER; FAIRWAY DUNES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR-IN-INTEREST TO WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK F/K/A WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PEARL T. KESSLER A/K/A PEARL KESSLER are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on March 3 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 17, FAIRWAY DUNES CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2305, PAGE 3293, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL RECORDED AND UNRECORDED AMENDMENTS THERETO. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
