NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 16, 2014, and entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-000624WS-J2, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, FOR NEW CENTURY HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2005-3, is Plaintiff and DOUGLAS PATTISON; EMBASSY HILLS CIVIC ASSN., INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF THE COURT ON BEHALF OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 11th day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1937, EMBASSY HILLS, UNIT THIRTEEN, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 49-50 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
