Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure and an Order Rescheduling Judicial Sale entered in the above-styled case, I will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, on March 12, 2014, at 9:00 a.m., at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The legal description of the property being sold is described herein:
LOTS 6101, 6102, AND 6103, SOUTH VENICE, UNIT 23, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 70, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
The Property or its address is commonly known as 1223 Graham Road, Venice, Florida 34293.
